Observatory Guest House

The Observatory Guest House is a small family owned and operated Bed and Breakfast conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Busselton Western Australia, just 150 meters from the sparkling shores of Geographe Bay!

We offer a well-appointed 4 star (self-rated) bed and breakfast accommodation in quiet peaceful surroundings with hotel style refinements.

The Observatory Guesthouse offers four ensuite rooms, three of them have Queen Size beds the other Queen and single for a small family or extra guest. All rooms are located on the first floor together with a balcony for guest use.

Our cheerful and spacious rooms offer flat screen digital TV, DVD player, complementary bottled water, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, private Shower & Ensuite, fluffy Sheridan towels and linen, bar fridge, reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, a well-stocked hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits, free wireless internet access and much, much more. The décor in each bedroom has been carefully planned to make your stay all the more enjoyable.

We have an attractive private garden with patio area, where you can sit and unwind with a book or newspaper or even enjoy a relaxing drink, in good weather and soak up the ‘Sunny Busselton ‘ climate. The garden also has BBQ facilities for guests.

Our private, illuminated car park is located to the rear of property.

A complementary self-serve breakfast is available every morning, in the dining room.

For the comfort of all our guests, we ask those who wish to smoke to use the garden or patio area.

We are only 150 meters from the beach and the Busselton Jetty, and 5 minutes walking distance to the main shopping precinct, glorious restaurants, movie theatre, and only a short drive away from world renowned Surf Destinations and Wineries.
